Due to significant growth over the last 2 years and with a growing portfolio of work this coming season we are seeking experienced Truck and Trailer Operators and Excavator Operators to become a part of the team.

TRUCK AND TRAILER OPERATOR

​

Our truck fleet comprises units that have a GCM of 45 tonne and all machines less than 5 years in age.

​

You will need to-
 

• Hold a clean class 5 License

• Ideally have W,T,R License endorsements

• Pass a pre-employment Drug and Alcohol test.

• Take pride in your work and have a positive attitude to Health and Safety

• Have good time management skills and the ability to communicate both verbal and written instructions

• Have the ability to complete and keep accurate daily documentation including Pre starts, Toolbox/JSEA'S and daily Job dockets

• Be able to work at times alone but also be able to work well in a team environment.

• Have a mechanical aptitude and a sound knowledge of daily maintenance requirements

Required Skills and Qualities
 

• Must have 5 years minimum experience

• Have a sound knowledge of tipping operations and the ability to get the job done to a high standard

• Have a good understanding of the road code

• Team player who supports and actively works towards achieving team goals, can see the bigger picture.

• Have excellent verbal & written communication skills

• Are motivated, positive and outcome orientated

• Take ownership and have plenty of initiative

• Sound knowledge of Health & Safety

EXCAVATOR OPERATOR

​

Our excavator fleet comprises machines in the 13 to 36 tonne range and all machines less than 5 years in age.

​

You will need to-
 

• Have W,T,R License endorsements

• Pass a pre-employment Drug and Alcohol test.

• Take pride in your work and have a positive attitude to Health and Safety

• Have good time management skills and the ability to communicate both verbal and written instructions

• Have the ability to complete and keep accurate daily documentation including Pre starts, Tool box/JSEA'S and daily Job dockets

• Be able to work at times alone but also be able to work well in a team environment.

• Have a mechanical aptitude and a sound knowledge of daily maintenance requirements

Required Skills and Qualities
 

• Must have 5 years minimum experience

• Have a sound knowledge of earthworks and the ability to get the job done to a high standard

• Preferable have entry level GPS skills, we run the latest Trimble platform with advanced features and are happy to assist up skilling the right person.

• Team player who supports and actively works towards achieving team goals, can see the bigger picture.

• Are motivated, positive and outcome orientated

• Take ownership and have plenty of initiative
